Furthermore, the company may grant loans and other forms of financing to other group companies, including shareholder companies and third parties, as well as provide guarantees in favor of these same companies (including shareholders) and third parties. The company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions in direct or indirect connection with this purpose, excluding transactions prohibited by the Federal Act of 16 December 1983 on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
