The company's purpose is the purchase, sale and administration of participations in all enterprises, in particular the acquisition, holding and disposal of participations in other companies or commercial, industrial, financial or real estate companies in Switzerland or abroad, directly or indirectly, in its own name and on its own account or on behalf of third parties as investments or for any other reason, as well as the financing of affiliated companies, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) (for complete purpose see articles of association).
