The company is authorized to administer, acquire and sell as well as manage lands of all types, namely real estate, co-ownership shares, condominium units, etc. as well as to act as a general contractor. The company may create affiliated companies and invest in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire participations in other companies and carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It may also provide financing on its own account or on behalf of third parties and grant guarantees to controlled companies and third parties.
