The company's purpose is the management of all real estate affairs, including the purchase, sale, transformation, and renovation of all real estate properties on behalf of third parties or for its own account, with the exception of all real estate operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), as well as all operations related to this branch of activity, promotion and construction of buildings, and all real estate consulting, management, and brokerage in the real estate sector. The company may create branches in Switzerland and abroad; it may assume participations in all enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish enterprises with an identical or analogous purpose, carry out all movable or immovable transactions, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage certificates or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
