The company's purpose is to acquire and finance any Swiss or foreign company, to acquire all real estate or real estate participations in Switzerland or abroad, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, to operate businesses, cafes, bars and restaurants or to participate in a company operating businesses, cafes, bars and restaurants in Switzerland or abroad.
