Mindfulness Swiss

Mindfulness Swiss is the professional association for professionally practicing MBSR/MBCT teachers. Mindfulness Swiss pursues an ideal, non-profit activity and is independent of party politics and denomination. Mindfulness Swiss aims in particular to: promote, disseminate and integrate MBSR and derived MBPs (Mindfulness-based Programs) in our society, among other things as a form of health prevention; create the best possible framework conditions for MBSR for members of Mindfulness Swiss active in Switzerland; support the formation of working groups and regional networks; support MBSR courses for specific target groups.
