Minima Foundation

The foundation aims to support, stabilize, maintain and improve the Minima Blockchain by providing services for the benefit of the project. The goal is the complete decentralization of the blockchain. The foundation's scope of activity includes, in particular, the regulation and monitoring of token issuance, the management of intellectual property, public relations, and the development of the project's public image, as well as support in complying with compliance requirements. Furthermore, the foundation can financially support projects built on the Minima Blockchain that are particularly value-creating for the blockchain. The foundation can acquire, hold or sell participations in companies that are related to its purpose to support its development. The foundation can also sell tokens held by it to generate liquidity. In addition, the foundation can conclude contracts with third parties, grant loans or other benefits to third parties, and provide securities of any kind, in particular guarantees, pledges or security assignments of the foundation's assets, to the extent that this is in the interest of the foundation. The foundation is not profit-oriented and does not strive for profit.
