The company's purpose is to acquire participations in other Swiss or foreign companies, to buy, sell and manage participation titles, licenses, patents and any other rights, as well as all financial activities in these areas. The company has the power to take interests in any form in all enterprises or companies with an identical or analogous purpose, or which are likely to promote its social purpose, by creating new companies or enterprises, contributions, subscriptions, purchases of titles and participations or social rights, or by merger or association. The company may also buy, sell, register and exploit intangible assets in Switzerland and abroad, in particular patents, rights attached to patents and trademarks, as well as the acquisition and sale of licenses related to such rights.
