In general, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto. It may participate in companies or enterprises with a similar purpose or other purposes and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
