The company may: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire such companies or merge with them; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, subsidiaries or third parties, if it serves its interests.
