The company may engage in all kinds of commercial and financial transactions and conclude contracts that may serve its purpose directly or indirectly. In particular, the company may borrow and lend money, pledge its assets, and provide securities and guarantees. The company is authorized to participate in any form in any company or corporation that pursues the same or a similar purpose or whose business activity would support its purpose through the establishment of a new corporation or company, through the contribution of assets, through the subscription of shares, and through the acquisition of shares and participation in partnerships or capital rights, through mergers or joint ventures. The company may carry out or have carried out all financial, commercial, and industrial activities, invest in personal and real property, directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. The company may not engage in activities prohibited by the Swiss Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners (LFAIE). Finally, the company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
