It is specified that the company may hold a stake in a Swiss real estate company if (i) the shares of the latter are listed on a Swiss stock exchange or if (ii) the real estate company's purpose is the acquisition of buildings exclusively for commercial use. As a service provider, the company offers consulting, services, training, and assistance in all commercial, financial, administrative, and management matters for any companies or businesses; advice and assistance to businesses for corporate and business administration affairs; the exercise of corporate mandates; and the direct or indirect participation of the company in any financial, commercial, industrial, movable, and real estate activities or operations in Switzerland or abroad, in any form, provided that these activities or operations can be directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose or to any similar, related, or complementary purposes that may favor its extension or development.
