The company's purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), is the acquisition, sale, holding and management of participations in all types of companies and enterprises. As a secondary purpose, the company may also, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE): - engage in any financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; - grant loans to its shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests; - guarantee loans taken out by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing mortgage bonds, by any type of pledge or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
