The purpose of the company is: the administration, acquisition, management, holding and sale of participations in companies, in Switzerland or abroad, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar enterprises, in particular by taking participations in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans, provide guarantees and support any other type of financing and commitment in favor of affiliated companies, if this serves its interests.
