With the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), the company's purpose is: the management of companies and projects in the real estate sector as well as all related marketing and services; all real estate operations, including in particular the purchase, sale, construction, development and exploitation of real estate, as well as real estate transactions and promotions; the acquisition, sale, holding and management of shares in all types of companies or corporations. As a secondary purpose, the company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
