The core activity of the company "Natur und Kultur Werkstatt" is the artisanal processing of milk into various products such as yogurt, curd cheese and fresh cheese. The company sources the milk directly from local farmers and processes it in its own production facilities in Biel-Benken. The products are then sold directly to customers, partly also through a self-service refrigerator.
