The company's purpose is to engage in the following activities: a) publishing, production and marketing of printed materials of any kind, packaging, advertising and paper products, excluding the publishing of daily newspapers; b) importing, marketing and distributing raw materials, machines and accessories for the publishing industry; assuming mandates of representation and agency and carrying out activities as a concessionaire, commission agent and licensee, both in Italy and abroad, with reference to the activities mentioned in the preceding letters a) and b) of this corporate purpose. The company may carry out all commercial, real estate and financial operations that the administrative body deems useful for achieving the corporate purpose, as well as acquire interests or participations in other companies with a similar or related purpose to its own, excluding financial activities towards the public.
