The company's purpose is to provide any advice and training in the field of occupational health and safety (OHS), in the sectors of construction, transport, industry, technical services, public administrations, and domestic work; to carry out any inspection of lifting equipment, personal protective equipment, and various access means; to provide any advice on the safety of the transport of dangerous goods. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with identical or similar objectives, or merge with such companies, acquire or sell real estate (excluding activities prohibited by the LFAIE), carry out any operations and conclude any contracts aimed at developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
