The Company's purpose is the internal financing of the group of companies to which it belongs. The Company may grant any type of financing to its direct or indirect shareholders as well as their direct or indirect subsidiaries. It may provide any type of security to guarantee its own commitments or those of other companies belonging to the same group of companies, including in the form of pledges or the creation of trusts or the transfer of the Company's assets, or provide guarantees, enter into suretyships or guarantee the commitments of these other companies in any other way, whether gratuitously or for consideration. Furthermore, it may carry out with the aforementioned companies any compensation or concentration of net cash (cash pooling) or participate in such operations, including by way of periodic account compensation (Zero Balancing). All of this, even without consideration, on preferential terms and without interest. The Company does not accept, and does not solicit the public to obtain public deposits. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may acquire, hold, manage, pledge, develop and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, as well as finance other companies, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The Company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities suitable to promote its purpose or related to it, taking into account, to the extent permitted by law, the interests and general orientation of the group to which it belongs.
