Nillion Network

The purpose of the non-profit association is to create, develop and improve the Nillion Network. The association may also grant financial subsidies to developers or other community members who promote the Nillion Network or its ecosystem. The association may develop, acquire, hold and sell intellectual property rights, as well as acquire or grant licenses. It may establish branches, participate in companies or found subsidiaries. The association may participate directly or indirectly in all activities and enter into transactions and partnerships and conclude contracts that promote its purpose or are related to it. The association does not have a commercial or self-help purpose. The provision of financial benefits by the association for the benefit of its members is excluded.
