The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management, financing and disposal of any type of participation, in Switzerland or abroad, particularly in law firms or companies providing legal services, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may, in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with a purpose identical or similar to its own, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions and conclude all contracts that serve to develop the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its associates or third parties if it is in its interest.
