The purpose of the company is research, development, production, qualification and testing of, and trading in integrated semiconductor components and semiconductor technologies, corresponding circuits and modules, corresponding computer software and related products and services such as licensing and technology transfer. The company may participate in other enterprises as well as acquire, utilize, manage and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches both domestically and abroad and, furthermore, perform all legal acts that the purpose of the company may entail or that are suitable for promoting its development or that of group companies.
