The company's purpose is the acquisition and sale of companies, properties or assets for its own account, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable property that favors its development and relates directly or indirectly to its purpose, process these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, commissioner or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, provide loan guarantees subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
