The management, study, planning and control of construction, renovation, development and architecture projects of any kind, for its own account or on behalf of third parties, as well as the import and export of goods. The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable operations, except for any operation prohibited by the LFAIE, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests. Furthermore, the company may implement and support solidarity projects in Switzerland or abroad.
