The company's purpose is to engage in any activity in the field of commercial real estate not prohibited by the LFAIE, in particular the purchase, sale, holding, and management of commercial establishments, such as hotels or public establishments, as well as all related activities. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that relate directly or indirectly to its corporate purpose and promote its development, including the acquisition of interests in other companies. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad or found companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all mobile, real estate (not prohibited by the LFAIE) and financial transactions, and conclude any contract directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose or contributing to its development. It may also grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
