The company's purpose is: a) the operation of an architecture and urban planning office, consulting, study, planning and realization in the field of construction; the company promotes the use of ecological and renewable materials; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the above purpose, as well as the acquisition of interests in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous objectives, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its partners or to third parties.
