Opengame Foundation

The purpose of the foundation is to promote the development of new technologies and applications, particularly in the context of new, open and decentralized software architectures. The goal is to develop, maintain, promote and preserve decentralized and open technologies. A focus lies in promoting the development of the Cross-Protocol, the related games and the related technology, as well as in promoting and supporting applications that use this technology or protocol. To this end, the foundation may: support and finance research and development activities and projects, promote and educate the public about the Cross-Protocol, issue, receive, spend and hold virtual currencies (no speculative trading activities), collaborate with various companies, partners, banks, regulatory authorities, authorities and other third parties for the benefit of Cross and the OpenGame ecosystem, distribute received contributions and participate in companies, acquire, hold or grant trademarks and other IP rights or licenses, organize and promote conferences and other events that support the Cross-Protocol, establish an ecosystem fund to generate revenue, conduct and promote all business and/or enter into and generate all transactions and generally take all actions necessary, appropriate, necessary or desirable to achieve or promote the purposes described herein. The foundation may delegate its tasks to other organizations, establish and/or promote such organizations. Within the scope of its purpose, the foundation will be active in Switzerland and abroad. The foundation may participate in other companies and establish subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The foundation may hold tokens in other blockchain projects. This foundation may pursue a profitable purpose and generate profits as part of the financing for the pursuit of its purpose and the development of the ecosystem. Within the scope of its purpose, the foundation may be active in Switzerland and abroad. The founder explicitly reserves the right to change the purpose of the foundation in accordance with Art. 86a and 86b of the Swiss Civil Code.
