The company may also create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, grant or receive loans from/to its partners as well as to/from all companies of the same group, acquire or create enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or sell real estate, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE, and undertake all functions that are likely to develop the company's purpose or that have a direct or indirect relationship with its object, as well as all financial, real estate, or other operations directly or indirectly related thereto.
