The company's purpose is: a) to provide services in the field of information technology, organization, management, marketing and development of software as well as the sale of related products; b) as an ancillary activity, to carry out all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purposes, as well as to participate in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties.
