The purpose of the company is: a) the holding and operation, purchase and sale of all types of vehicles (such as cars, airplanes, boats) in Switzerland and abroad; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial operations - in direct or indirect relation to the above-mentioned purposes, as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
