The company's purpose is to acquire, manage and dispose of participations in domestic and foreign companies of all kinds, in particular in the fields of veterinary surgery, trade and services. It can finance other companies. The company can provide services of all kinds, in particular for its direct or indirect subsidiaries as well as third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad, in particular in the areas of corporate management, administration, organization, accounting and finance, marketing and communication, human resources, law, acquisitions and information and communication technology. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company can acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, as well as finance other companies. The company can grant direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, provide security of all kinds for its own liabilities and those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved), including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers or assignments of the company's assets, or provide guarantees, enter into suretyships or otherwise secure or guarantee the obligations of these other companies, whether for consideration or not. Furthermore, it can operate a liquidity adjustment/concentration of net liquidity (cash pooling) with the aforementioned companies or join such a system, including periodic account balancing. This can also be done without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the company's pursuit of profit and assuming cluster risks. The company can engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that appear to promote the company's purpose or are related to it.
