Incidentally and complementarily, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose; acquire, hold, manage, operate, grant and dispose of intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, designs and models, copyrights, domain names, know-how) and licenses; make financial investments (including investments in securities), carry out treasury and intragroup cash-pooling operations, grant loans and guarantees in favor of group companies or third parties, to the extent permitted by law; acquire, hold, administer and dispose of real estate in Switzerland and abroad to the extent that these operations are not subject to authorization under applicable legislation (notably LFAIE - "Lex Koller"), or subject to obtaining the required authorizations; provide services (consulting, management, administration, marketing, communication, IT, training, event organization, competitions) on its own account or for third parties; import, export, buy, sell, distribute all products and services related or useful to its purpose and operate e-commerce platforms.
