The company's purpose is to hold and manage any participation in any business of any form, both in Switzerland and abroad, as well as the acquisition of such participations. The company may acquire participations in companies holding commercial real estate, in compliance with the LFAIE. The company may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches or subsidiaries, participate in all businesses having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
