It may engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, related to all buildings used exclusively for commercial purposes, as well as participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. It may also create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders or group companies and/or guarantee, secure or guarantee loans granted by third parties to its shareholders or group companies.
