The purchase, export, wholesale and retail sale by means of distance communication, brokerage of cosmetic products, perfumes and design objects, as well as the acquisition of participations in companies engaged in similar activities, all marketing, communication and consulting activities; real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners are excluded. The company may take all decisions necessary to achieve its purpose, in particular: a) participate in companies of the same nature and in other companies active in the same field, carry out financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners are excluded) directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it; b) finance companies having a direct or indirect connection with the purpose; c) grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form whatsoever, to its shareholders or third parties.
