The company's purpose is to acquire, manage, hold and dispose of participations in all companies or businesses in Switzerland and abroad (but for those with real estate activities in Switzerland, exclusively companies limited to the acquisition of commercial properties). The company may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (except those prohibited by the LFAIE) in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties. It may also create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
