PARLOCA FRIBOURG, FONDATION POUR LA LOCATION-PARTICIPATION

The foundation's purpose, in pursuing a public utility goal, is to facilitate the acquisition by natural persons domiciled in the Canton of Fribourg of rights based on the principle of rental participation, i.e. long-term rental of dwellings at advantageous conditions. To acquire as many old buildings as possible where rents are low, in order to withdraw them from speculative market, thereby maintaining rents at reasonable levels. The foundation does not pursue any lucrative or commercial purpose.
