The purpose of the company is: a) to operate one or more jewelry, watchmaking and other luxury goods stores, to export and import related products, as well as to provide any services in the aforementioned fields; b) as an ancillary activity, to carry out all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purpose, as well as to participate in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar goals, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its associates or third parties.
