To enable farming families and single farmers from the cantons of St. Gallen, Appenzell, and Glarus to visit the Circus Knie; to provide financial assistance to needy farming families and single farmers from the cantons of St. Gallen, Appenzell, and Glarus in times of need; to deliver to the mother, sisters, and priest (chaplain) of the Cistercian convent in Magdenau, at Easter, a chocolate Easter egg filled with 300 grams of pralines and an Easter dessert, on August 1st, a glacé dessert, and in December, a filled beaver, 100 grams of open pralines, and a Sunday dessert, as well as to provide one-time contributions to extraordinary construction projects at the convent buildings and for other extraordinary needs of the convent community.
