The foundation aims to provide occupational benefits under the BVG and its implementing regulations for the employees of Vigier Holding AG (hereinafter referred to as the founding company) and the affiliated companies that are economically or financially closely linked to the founding company, as well as for their relatives and dependents against the economic consequences of old age, death, and disability. The affiliation of a company takes place on the basis of a decision of the foundation board and by means of a written affiliation agreement, which is to be brought to the attention of the supervisory authority. The foundation can provide additional benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits, including support services in emergency situations, such as in case of illness, accident, disability, or unemployment.
