The company's purpose is to engage in any activity in the field of real estate in the broadest sense, in Switzerland and abroad, including the purchase, sale, promotion, brokerage, rental, management, construction and renovation of buildings, excluding any activity prohibited by the LFAIE. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that relate directly or indirectly to its corporate purpose and promote its development, including the acquisition of participations in other companies. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad or found companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all mobile, real estate (not prohibited by the LFAIE) and financial transactions and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose or contributing to its development.
