The company's purpose is the acquisition, management, holding and sale of participations in all types of companies, organizations or institutions in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad and carry out all activities having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, movable, immovable and financial transactions in direct or indirect relation to its purpose, in whatever form, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated entities or third parties, all with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
