Provision of benefits for old age, death and disability, as well as benefits in cases of illness, accident and unemployment to the employees of the founding company and economically or financially closely related companies, as well as their relatives and dependents. Employer contributions to tax-exempt pension institutions affiliated with the founding company may be made from the foundation's funds, provided that contribution reserves have been previously accumulated and separately disclosed by the foundation (Art. 331 OR).
