The foundation's purpose is to finance the services of tax-exempt employee benefit institutions (pension funds, executive pension plans, etc.) established or joined by the founding company. The foundation also aims to finance the services of tax-exempt employee benefit institutions established or joined by the employers affiliated with this foundation. The financing to be provided by this foundation includes, but is not limited to, employer contribution payments. Affiliations with this foundation are made through written affiliation agreements. The foundation's assets, which collectively have the character of employer contribution reserves (financing foundation), can be divided into separate contribution reserve accounts with different financing purposes (e.g., contribution financing for different employers and/or different pension plans).
