The foundation's purpose is to support employees and workers of both sexes, as well as their dependents and survivors, who are in a permanent employment relationship with the founder, in the event of an unforseen emergency due to age, illness, disability, unemployment, death or other emergencies that may arise from their professional activity. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may establish a welfare fund and conclude insurance contracts for employees or enter into existing contracts. In the relevant insurance contracts, the foundation must be designated as the policyholder.
