Provision of benefits to employees of the founding company and its subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as their dependents and survivors in cases of need such as old age, illness, accident, disability, death, and unemployment; financing and payment of contributions by the founding company and its subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad to tax-exempt employee benefit institutions that the founding company or its subsidiaries have joined or established. By decision of the foundation board, the foundation may also be joined, through a written accession agreement to be notified to the supervisory authority, by the personnel of companies economically or financially closely linked to the company, provided that the necessary funds are made available to the foundation and the rights of the existing beneficiaries are not impaired.
