The foundation aims to provide occupational pension benefits to the senior employees of the founder or employer company and to companies economically or financially closely related to it by providing benefits and support: a) to employees and pensioners in cases of old age or disability or in situations of need such as illness, accident or unemployment; b) to employees and pensioners in situations of need such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability of their spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whom they are responsible; c) to the spouses, divorced spouses or long-term life partners of deceased employees; and to persons who were mainly or entirely dependent on the deceased employees for their maintenance until their death.
