Occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG (Federal Act on Occupational Pension, Survivors' and Disability Insurance) and its implementing regulations for employees of the employer companies and economically or financially closely related enterprises, as well as for their dependents and survivors against the economic consequences of old age, death, and disability; it can go beyond the BVG minimum benefits and provide assistance in cases of need, such as illness, accident, or unemployment.
