The foundation aims to allocate the income and capital of the assets allocated by the founders to cultural, non-profit and charitable purposes, in accordance with the following provisions: a) to promote public cultural events in one of the village churches in Heiden, in the Kursaal Heiden or for other cultural, non-profit and charitable purposes. As a rule, in the following order: - Heiden AR, - Further allocations in the sense of the purpose can be made in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and in the Eastern Switzerland region, as well as in the region of origin of the foundation's board members. b) For the training and integration of people with limited financial resources and/or disabilities into working life, in Heiden, Appenzell Ausserrhoden, in the Eastern Switzerland region, in the catchment area of the foundation's board members, and, in exceptional cases, also in the rest of Switzerland. Contributions can also be made to less affluent relatives and individuals who make themselves available for relief services for people with disabilities.
