The ecclesiastical foundation aims to enable the Roman Catholic Church to exercise pastoral care in the area of the canonically defined parish of Muotathal and to enable the Roman Catholic residents of this parish area to fulfill their ecclesiastical-religious duties by making the parish church and ecclesiastical properties available, as well as to facilitate this through the corresponding yields. It ensures the Roman Catholic cult and, to the extent possible, contributes to the maintenance of the ecclesiastical assets made available within the framework of ordinary administration; complete purpose description according to the statutes.
